Chuck Klosterman said in his book Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs that he hates John Cusack for being the ideal man and making every woman he dates expect him to be Lloyd Dobbler, Cusack’s character in Say Anything. I agree. That stereotypical wonderful, caring, girl-chasing guy Lloyd Dobbler will forever make my heart melt, but Lloyd and John are two different people. John, a wide eyed cancer with a knack for really making an audience feel his on-screen emotions, is the epitome of the way a man should carry himself.
