Been working on a lot of things at the same time (both original and re2 stuff) so progress is sluggish.I’ve been planning on making my own retelling of Resident Evil 2 (presumably in comic form although I DREAM of a film adaptation), partly due to the remake not meeting my expectations (story and character wise) but mostly due to my pure love for it and the bombardment of ideas I got while waiting for its’ release back in 2018. It has been on hold along with all of my original story projects because my art skills are still potato-ish and I want to improve to a certain level before attempting on starting something like that let alone ACTUALLY finishing it! (Although with that logic and knowing me, it might never come to that level, thus never happen)Plus, I think retelling something that’s already laid out and ready might help as a basis of experience for my original stuff because frankly, I am no writer, nor a good storyteller.I won’t be starting it anytime soon due to a lot of irl problems and I probably won’t be posting it on the internet (Idk, depends on how decent I decide to make it haha). We’ll see, it’s too early for that, lemme make the damn thing first and foremost.Due to all that, I’ll be inactive for quite a while, but might queue some new art when I have the time.. -- source link
