I have personally met and talked to Crenshaw, she is absolutely not interested in your bullshit crusade against trans people and she never will be. her entire purpose in her theories is addressing how people in the margins of society, or “locations that resist telling” as she frames it, are being oppressed and how we can work through those oppressions. So your already stupid claim that “males aren’t a part of intersectional feminism” doesn’t hold water here either because (1) intersectionality is a framework, not a movement, and (2) even in her own discussions, Crenshaw already brings up men of color and their oppression, so the idea that she would exclude anyone on that basis is unfounded. we all know trans women are women and trans men are men, but even IF you’re a dumbass transphobe you can’t twist her interests into yours because that’s not! how! she! operates!Leave her the fuck out of your mouth you disrespectful illiterate sack of garbage. -- source link
