Friends!!! I shared the news a few days ago on Twitter but I forgot to post it here! Gutless is coming back full force as a big, beautiful graphic novel and will be published by First Second books in 2024!! Words can’t describe how excited and thankful I am to have the opportunity to finally give this tale the time and resources it deserves. Endlessly thankful to keep working with the incredible editor Kiara Valdez, as well as my agent Tamara Kawar, both of whom expressed so much support and excitement for this pitch from the beginning!!If you remember Gutless as a webcomic, thank YOU so much for holding this story in your heart and following its journey. Every comment on tapas, every time one of you asked whether it’ll update soon, every reblog or little piece of fanart warmed my heart and pushed me to make this story as amazing as I always wanted it to be. Getting it formally published was always the dream, and I couldn’t ask for a better home than First Second books. I promise it will be worth the wait, I have so many incredible things planned for this iteration of the story and I fully plan on sharing its development via Patreon, which will launch very soon!! -- source link
