Hey Everyone! So it’s 7:30 here and first of all it’s huge that I’m up before 11! But I’m up now because last night I watched a video of the mother and daughter who in 100 days lost a ton of weight together, and I thought I CAN DO THAT! I’ve been wanting to lose weight for awhile now. When I started this blog my sophomore year of high school I was doing great (if you look at my avatar you can see that used to be me in the pink tank top, yes with the pouty lips) I was eating healthy, exercising, and most of all I was so confident. I had beaten bulimia, and i could feel the difference in my body. But somewhere along the way with school, life, and if I’m completely honest, laziness, and i stopped eating right and working out. I’m very body positive but I miss the way I used to feel and the confidence I had. And looking at the above pictures from senior week I realized I need a change! So today I’m starting at Day 100 instead of Day 1 because that’s always the hardest. And I plan to keep my journal on this blog of everyday. So I need help from you guys any advice, words of encouragement, and accountability will go a long way! Thanks everyone! -- source link
