endquestionmark:FIC: Being From Jersey Means Never Having To Say You’re SorryPete thinks Patrick doesn’t notice that he asks for six sugars and half-and-half every time he orders a small coffee, and doubles it for a large order, which is really cute but also indicates a great amount of willful ignorance, because Patrick has to put the sugars in. It’s not like Pete is sneaking off to empty the sugar canister in himself. Pete literally says that he wants six sugars and half-and-half, which is basically the coffee equivalent of saying Can I have a small coffee without any coffee in it please. Patrick is convinced that if he didn’t actually add any coffee, Pete wouldn’t notice, and would make the same disgusted-but-putting-up-with-it face he does every time he takes a sip, simply out of habit. It’s kind of charming.all credit for the lovely graphic goes to milenajesenskas! beta thanks to zoopdeloop, marthur, zacharyq, optaisamme, and milenajesenskas again. further notes on ao3. -- source link
