Because I need more Giles/Anthony Head in my life…I WILL ANSWER THE CALL!Season 1: Nightmares, Prophesy Girl (For showing how much he already loves his Slayer)Season 2: OH GOD SEASON TWO SO MANY. Okay, here goes: Reptile Boy (for realizing Buffy is actually a teenager as well as the Slayer), Halloween (for being all Ripper and sexy), Lie to Me (for that last scene in the cemetary that will make you weep), The Dark Age (more Ripper; backstory), pretty much everything from Surprise on, especially “Innocence” and “Passion” but only if you feel like sobbing.Season 3: Dead Man’s Party, for that line about Americans (“Do you like my mask? Isn’t it pretty? It raises the dead! *disgusted* Americans!), Band Candy (RIPPER! AND GILES AND JOYCE GETTIN’ FRISKAY. Guh.), The Wish (so much faith in Buffy even when he doesn’t even know her), HELPLESS OH MY GOD IF YOU IGNORE EVERYTHING ELSE I WRITE ABOUT GILES FOR GOD’S SAKE WATCH HELPLESS; any scene played opposite Wesley.Season 4: He’s not in a lot of Season 4 but HUSH (the projector drawings!) and A New Man (some more Ethan; demon!Giles) and pretty much any scene in which he interacts with Spike.Season 5: Buffy vs. Dracula (for when he’s, uh, "hunting” the Dracula babes, ha!), Checkpoint, I suppose, but that’s more for Buffy being a BAMF and Giles being uncomfortable with the council, and The Gift, for that scene with Ben when Giles shows just how deeply he understands his Slayer.Season 6 and 7: He’s not in the majority of these seasons. Season 6: Once More With Feeling, for the duet with Tara. And Grave, to see him duke it out with Dark Willow.
