In her right hand, she holds an ankh, the symbol for “life”; in her left hand she holds what may be the hieroglyph for a sail, the symbol for the breath of life. On her head is a throne, the hierogyph for her name. Provenance: From Nuri, pyramid 10 (tomb of Amaninatakelebte). 1916: excavated by the Harvard University-Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the division of finds with the government of Sudan -- source link
