element-of-change:ikkinthekitsune:iruka-2013:That time when the writers of The Legend of Korra took what any other show would’ve treated as a throwaway bit of metaphysical mumbo-jumbo and turned it into an incredible season finale with Fabulous Character Development for its already amazing heroine… It’s a lovely callback, isn’t it? =D I think I like the callback itself better than the thing it’s calling back to, which is a nice surprise given how those things usually go.
