More Nudity. Every once in awhile we’ll get a question about how to make nudity more a part of life. What are the ways we’ve thrown off the shackles of clothing? Well, we’ve sent the question around and around here’s what we’ve put together. The obvious answer is to be nude more. While that might seem like a cheat or dodge it’s actually quite correct. Like anything we want to do or become good at, we must practice it and make it a part of life. Seek out opportunities to be nude and then expand on them. Start at home. If you’re not doing that then start. It’s the easiest and usually the safest way to know if nudism or naturism is right for you. Do everything nude from cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, and even gardening. Do it nude. After that, expand outward. Learn which family and friends are open to nudity. Let them know we’ll be nude when they visit. It’s an adjustment. Some are open to it and others aren’t. But always be yourself and never make it more than it is. Join a club or social group and make friends there. Expand your network and your opportunities will follow.  Plan trips and vacations to nudist destinations like beaches, resorts, or rallies like the World Naked Bike Ride. Anything we do for fun clothed, we can usually find a nude alternative for. It all depends on who we know.Above all, do what makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe. Listen to your intuition or little voice. Don’t be afraid to take chances. Don’t put off what you think is impossible only to find out later it totally was possible.
