It was no secret as time progressed that I became consumed by my defeat at your hands. Like an all consuming fire. Now I had to defeat you. I would never stop until I accomplished victory over self-proclaimed KING OF GAMES. I would once again reign supreme as the best duelist in the world!Slowly though…..while encountering more of your mysterious past and loads of your psychotic Egyptian enemies and allies, did hatred and rivalry begin to shift into a reluctant frienemy situation. Making an sometimes ally out of each other when mutually benefiting us. Then back to loathing each other. Though no one could deny we were the two strongest duelists to ever grace the game of Duel Monsters. When we partnered up, the world trembled under the might of our devastating tag team.Then suddenly you unlocked your memories and were able to finally return to your past. Your afterlife. Your rest. You left without so much as saying goodbye, and when you left, you took everything with you. My Rival, My Pride. My biggest challenge, and even my heart. You left me shattered and broken. Who was I going to fight now? No one could challenge me with you gone. Dueling Yugi was not, nor ever would be the same as facing you. But I would not let this stand. No. I did anything and everything to get you back. Transcending time and space. Risking my life, putting it all on the line, to follow you into Egypt and find you once again. I would follow you into Hell itself. It made me so angry what you’ve done to me. You had become my obsession, my dreams filled with your face.
