uhhhh mastermind!chiaki i’m gonna go off about my ideas don’t mind me BDHD below are spoilers so BASICALLY so. instead of chiaki having the junko despair thing going on imagine if it was total hope likeya know like how u can’t have all despair OR all hope like. both are badchiaki basically hacks the simulation for sdr2 and her purpose is to get rid of all the remnants of despair/keep them occupied so they can’t cause despair in the real world. at the same time: she’s heart broken about dying and wants to get back at her previous friends for “letting her die” (they didn’t let her, obviously. but in this au she believes that).so she takes the title of ultimate hope in order to eliminate the despair that she can get her hands on. -- source link
