Last days have been quite busy so finally another post about Ecuador. This is the market of Otavalo. At Plaza de los Ponchos there is a big market with lots of weaved and knitted textiles. The Otavaleños are famous for there weaving, mostly backstrap weaving (will tell about that later). The fabrics were amazing, so colorful. Most of the wool was from the Alpaca, and thats so soft.
