Mummy-Bundle Masks: Part 1 Textile Museum volunteer Heather Hoagland is working on a special project
Mummy-Bundle Masks: Part 1 Textile Museum volunteer Heather Hoagland is working on a special project for the rehousing effort. She is packing our collection of Pre-Columbian mummy-bundle masks for safe transport to our new storage facility. These masks currently live in drawers, and need to be boxed in a safe way to leave the building. The first part process is making standard-sized trays that fit into specific boxes, preventing the pieces from shifting around. These archival blue-board trays have Ethafoam bumpers so they can stack without resting on top of objects. Glue, Heather! Glue! -- source link
