I think this is the best thing I’ve ever eaten. It’s ALL home grown. Shiitake mushrooms, garlic scapes, cauliflower & parsley. Only thing added is salt pepper and olive oil. If only I could figure out where I can eat like this closer to year round, I’d be set for life.
