My initiation was when a friend gave me all her cards she didn’t want, which was basically all of them because she only cared about charmander. Then I started buying/collecting my own but I’m gonna be honest I only bought the cards for the artwork. And I remember the first day I ever played Red. It was after a particularly bad day at school, where I was getting bullied pretty bad and almost got into a fist fight. I came home and a friend had mailed me a copy of the game as an early birthday present. I called her crying and told her how amazing her timing was.Anyway—what was the point of all that… I don’t know. I like monsters. The end. -- source link
