i kind of legit hate when people mention follower milestones, because, like, whatever, the internet as popularity contest/rehashing of high school is the worst part of the internet, but when i made my tumblr in 2008 i’d never had more than five followers on LiveJournal, and the fact that all of you are here, listening to my dumb jokes and stories and anecdotes about my life and my thoughts on history and classics and books, means more to me than I can really express – thank you. -- source link
