When the veil between our world and the spirit realm is at its thinnest, magick thrives. Samhain is a time to honor our ancestors and those who came before us. As a witch, I always dedicate this sabbat to the women who were accused of witchcraft and executed between 1482 and 1782.The goddess Persephone begins her descent into the underworld at this time, welcoming the shift of season into sweet darkness. Our energy begins to spiral inward for hibernation, where we seek rest and in that rest, we discover our Self. Protection RitualLite a black candle and cast a circle. In the silence of the morning (Oct 31st), under the transition between the moon and sun, begin your spell.“I call upon my spirit guides, witch ancestors, and Goddess.
