Benji (1974).A stray dog saves two kidnapped children.To be a bit blunt, I’m pretty clearly not the target demographic for this strangely toned family film about a dog who connects with a whole bunch of people before rescuing two of them (who so happen to be kids) from some random kidnappers. The whole energy of it is super odd, weighed down only further by some pretty hokey performances. It was probably a pretty fun one as a seventies family film, but age well, it has not. 4/10. -- source link
