Known primarily for the handcrafted figures, Adejoke Tugbiyele assembles from repurposed materials, like Homeless Hungry Homo (2014), Tugbiyele draws inspiration from her Nigerian heritage to create art that address complex questions about the body, power structures, spirituality, and the human condition. On Sunday, March 13th, families with children age 4-7 are invited to join this sculptor and human rights activist for a special Arty Facts session exploring the concept of power.
