He befriended kind humans, who admired his social and friendly ways. They fed him, pet him, gave him shelter in winter. They knew he was special.One day, Lancelot’s journey led him to Friends For Life. By this time, he was getting up there in years, and needed the kind of medical care typical of senior knights. It is believed he would not have made it through another winter.
