ars-historia-est:The Paris Psalter is a sumptuously illuminated Bbyzantine manuscript, containing the 150 Psalms of David, translated by Hebrew into demotic Greek, and 14 full-page miniatures. A key work of art of the Macedonian Renaissance, characterized by the turn anew to classicism in artistic expression during the reign of the Macedonian Dynasty, the influence of antiquity and classical art is especially obvious in the miniatures illuminating the psalter, dating it sometime during the 10th century. Its quality leads us to safely conclude that it was produced in Constantinople, maybe even in the imperial scriptoria.David Composing the Hymns and The Prophet Isaiah at PrayerHe is accompanied by Nyx and Orthros (morning, I suppose) if I am correct -- source link
