Something recently got me reminiscing about posters I had on my walls growing up, and while I can recall several, this one stands out in my mind. That’s in no small part due to the fact that it was the most enduring. I was a military brat, so we moved quite a bit. I got really good at carefully taking down my favorite posters and storing them in tubes for transport. Some would always fall by the wayside as I outgrew them, but this one image of Conan and Valeria together and resolute against the world stayed with me all the way through the end of high school.
