Day 12Reflections on: Housebound (2014)This is horror / comedy from New Zealand. It is both funny and scary! It’s very difficult and rare to pull both of those things off simultaneously.This can be appreciated separately as a comedy and a horror movie. I discovered this about half way through watching it when I realized that my husband was unaware that it was supposed to be funny. I think he enjoyed it more once he started noticing all the slapstick for what it was.All the actors in this looked and felt like real people instead of mega hot models which was very nice! There are lots of twists and turns and spooky moments. I don’t want to give away too much so you should probably just watch it yourself and enjoy the Kiwi accents! -- source link
