mwthesims3:The Brownstone LGBT+ ClubAt first owned by the Mob and currently by a mysterious someone (some say it’s by the Queen herself, LaVoreda Vex), the Brownstone is a place to be! Besides partying all night long in this historical LGBT club, here you can find yourself, or even a special someone (except if you’re claustrophobic and/or have social anxiety)!Sorry for my absence lately, I’ve been focusing more on some projects, college and personal life. Also I was thinking if I’d post this lot or not during Pride Month (imagine looking like a corporation thirsty for some pink money, ugh).Anyways, this lot was built for @potato-ballad-sims’ Boroughsburg and works as a Dance Club. It’s meant to be placed on 401 Kant Avenue, just behind the Rutheford Art Gallery.Its exterior is based on the Stonewall Inn in Greenwich Village (both its historical and current façades), while the interior is an amalgam of refs I got of a few LGBT clubs, and improvised w/ my weak knowledge of nightlife (at least i know the basics, and how dressing rooms look like, also wanted to make it look historical)Requires all EPs but ITF and Pets (altho the only object from SN is te neon sign) and the CC that comes w/ Boroughsburg.
