What can I do to disrupt this pattern of uneasy sleep? What can I do to improve the quality of the sleep I’m getting? What can I do to be sure I’m getting the right amount of sleep – not too much or too little? Spread number 2! For those of you (like me) who are finding it hard to maintain a healthy sleeping pattern. I haven’t worked with this one as much as the first spread I put out, but I am still finding it useful.
