QuestBridge is a non-profit organization that works to connect high-achieving students from lower-income families with some of the top colleges and universities in the country. They do so in part because, while somewhere around 30,000 such students each year could apply to the best institutions in the United States (as in, they are just as academically qualified as other applicants), most don’t apply to a single selective school. QuestBridge has worked to change that, by helping thousands of students be admitted to and offered financial aid by their partner schools.
