We are already at day five of our Awesome Author challenge for the #circleofbookishfriends that I am co hosting with THE author himself, @authormichaelreidjr (if you’re not following him, how are you succeeding at life?)..Today’s prompt is self published authors. I actually have a lot to choose from since I love supporting indie authors, @authormichaelreidjr @theconstantvoice @harmonylawson2016 @ejmellow But I just got bookmail from @fluorescentones so I chose her new book Fates Aflame by P. Anastasia which has its own coloring book!This book is definitely for a YA audience and I plan on sharing it with my 13 year old niece. She would LOVE the premise:“Earth granted her the ability to conjure fire at will, but the birth of her powers awakens a curse and a perilous trial unfolds, putting lives of those she loved in jeopardy. When extinct beasts brought forth by scientists magic threaten her life, she has no choice but to take a stand…”My call is to support these indie authors as much as we are able.
