Check the recipe below, a family recipe that I’m happy to share with all of you. ❤ #weihnachten #weihnachtsbäckerei #linzerplätzchen #tradition #farmlife Ingredients350g all purpose flour200g unsalted butter1 egg60g sugarlemon zestpinch of salt¼ tsp baking powderHomemade jam or marmalade (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, etc. I used homemade raspberry jam)PreparationMix all the ingredients really well. Let the dough chill for 30min to 1 hour.Roll the dough out to a thickness ~<1/2cm. Cut into shapes (circles, flours, hearts, etc). Place the biscuits a little apart on the baking sheets.Spoon about 1 teaspoon’s worth of jam into the center of the disk, then cover that with another disk of dough that you previously slit with a knife (I made a “cross”, you can create other shapes). Bake for 10-12min. (180ºC), or until golden along the edges and baked through. -- source link
