I have had a few busy days on twitter. When you tweet something that is out of context, oversimplified or misleading you have a responsibility. I don’t mind if you criticize Israeli policy, I am all for discourse, but I don’t accept false accusations. Children on both sides of this conflict are paying the price, the leaders on both sides need to be thinking of them when they make decisions. But when the Palestinian Authority together with Hamas called for three days of rage, because of the #JerusalemEmbassy announcement, closing businesses and schools, they effectively sent these kids to the front lines. The soldiers, in an attempt to limit casualties, rounded up the kids and detained them temporarily in a passageway to their own quarters. The passageway has fencing so that the rocks don’t hit them.
