And in fact I’m starting to see how dangerous the micro-managing behavior approach is because it creates people who do and say all the right things, but the core issue, the oppressive or prejudiced attitude, still lives in their heart..These days for me it’s more about what lives in your heart, and the work you do inwardly, and less about whether you successfully follow the right social code outwardly. Social justice can’t be achieved mechanically.
