Lens and Wig Review: EOS Jewel Hazel and K-Isana Yashiro It’s review time!  This month it’s another wig and lens combination, and a tryout of a different EOS line we haven’t used before!  Detailed review of both is below the cut.For anyone who’d like to order from Uniqso in the future, don’t forget that you can always receive a 10% discount off everything (even already discounted stuff by using our coupon code CBC with the link: http://bit.ly/2pkrODc EOS Jewel Hazel https://www.uniqso.com/products/eos-jewel-hazel?variant=28765825426Diameter 14mmWater Content 38%Base Curve 8.6mm EOS New Adult Browns are some of our favorite brown lenses for crossplay or natural looks.  It was about time to replace them, so we figured we’d try another of EOS’s lines: Jewel brown!  These ended up a bit different from the New Adult model, but not necessarily in a bad way:Comfort: 3.5/5.  I am not sure why my right lens didn’t agree with me.  The left fit perfectly and was super comfortable, but the right wanted to “float”, which is a problem I get sometimes with a higher base curve.  These lenses are supposed to be 8.6 so I’m not really sure what happened here.Enlargement: 3/5: I picked these specifically because of the lack of enlargement, and while they do pop well in closer photos, you don’t end up with an unnatural look.  Definitely a good option for crossplay or natural looks.Design: 4/5: I love the natural look of these - there’s no too-dark outer ring and the medium coffee color looks very nice in closer photos.  However they can look pretty darn dark in dimmer light, and my eyes are blue to start. Cosplay Wig - K-Isana Yashiro https://www.uniqso.com/products/cosplay-wig-k-isana-yashiro-cs-071a?variant=28947205650Wig Color Silver WhiteWig Length 32cmTo pair with the lenses we tried out a wig that I ended up loving!  Out of the bag I wasn’t super impressed - the wig is very thick with a slight sheen, the cap isn’t particularly large, and there’s a LOT of hair on the crown of the head that needs to be tamed.  However with a tiny bit of teasing and hairspray to put some of that hair into spikes, it turns into a very, very flattering cut.  I really loved how it ended up looking in these photos with all of two minutes of styling and no cutting. -- source link
