I renovated the Patchy’s lot that was included after Newcrest (I believe) and decorated it to make it look like a sports bar :) The lot is not base game compatible, however; it needs Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Romantic Garden (not sure what I used from that, tbh…) and Dine Out. It also uses CC from Sims 2 Sports Set and Sims 3 Sports Set so make sure you have both sets in your game for everything to show up properly :)All meshes are included and everything is base game compatible. The separated bed frames can be used with my mattresses or you can use any separate mattresses you have in the game currently.
