And at the very least, if you do change it, you may suffer life altering ailments and issues as a result of being overweight for so long. As an example, my knees are destroyed, I have to take medication for the rest of my life, I have Type II diabetes, and I suffer a vascular issue in my hands and feet that affects me whenever it gets cold.
