limoncelloo:15 minutes - 175 calorie teriyaki noodles1 cup broccoli - 312 egg whites - 341 pack of shirataki spaghetti - 45minced garlic - 5ginger paste - 5soy sauce - 10teriyaki sauce - 451. prep the shirataki noodles by rinsing, then boiling for 5 minutes, draining again & putting in a warm pan until the excess water is evaporated2. set aside shirataki noodles & throw broccoli in the pan on medium/high until they start to brown a bit on the bottom and the rest turns bright green3. set aside broccoli into the same bowl as the noodles & scramble your egg whites (you may have to wait for the pan to cool down a little). You can add pepper or a dash of cayenne to your eggs if you want4. set aside egg whites into the same bowl as the noodles and broccoli. add your minced garlic and ginger to your pan on medium & wait for the garlic to start to brown a little, then add in teriyaki and soy sauce and stir to combine the sauce.5. add the eggs, broccoli, and noodles to the pan and stir to coat in the sauce. let simmer in the pan on medium heat until the excess liquid is evaporated. put back into your bowl and enjoy!Super quick and delicious filling meal. interchange the teriyaki sauce for a thai curry sauce for an entirely different flavor. 12.5 grams of protein too! -- source link
