Vegan Pizza by @thefitfabfoodie Recipe⠀ 1 cup plain flour⠀ 1 cup whole wheat flour ⠀ 2 teaspoons instant yeast ⠀ 2 tablespoons olive oil ⠀ 1 teaspoon sea salt ⠀ Warm water to bind⠀ ⠀ In a metal bowl combine your flours, yeast and salt. Make a well for the oil and then mix until it resembles breadcrumbs. Slowly pour in your water bringing the dough together until it’s nice and firm. Kneed for five minutes and then rub a little oil over. Cover and allow to rest for four hours before kneading again and rolling out. Enjoy! #letscookvegan -- source link
