Her upper body is covered only with a transparent fabric, with a red-gold cloth below. In her right hand she holds three carnations, with her left she holds a white cloth with flowers. Antwerp is in the background and the sculpture of the patron saint of the city is on the parapet. The flora would therefore be a symbol of the hope and new prosperity for the city. -- source link
