I’m in the final sprint of inking on my new book, “Something New; Tales from a Clueless Bride,” so I have the inky claw hand! It’s very exciting to see the book take shape, but I’ve been so absent from the internet, and I miss you guys! If you miss me, you can get a dose of me yakking on Fresh Air tomorrow! It was a lovely interview, and a huge thrill for me. I talk about “Displacement,” my latest book, my newer work, and the process of making comics to externalize your inner self. I’m also in the Printer’s Row insert for the Chicago Tribune this week, chatting about Chicago and “Something New” and being ethereal with a curtain in a photo.
