What media format would you like to see these become? and what actresses (and actors?) would you most like cast in the roles and why?I’ll start, feel free to add your suggestions, but make sure to keep the posts spoiler free!————–I would choose a British TV 60 minute drama limited series.Lets of course start with Emma, after some thought I think Emilia Clark would be the best actress and personality for Emma’s character. Emilia has the right balance of sexy, intelligent and also light hearted bubbly fun that would bring Emma’s character to life.Catherine I immediately saw as Gillian Anderson when I was reading. Her performance in Sex Education, when she was being more serious, just fit for me. Though I appreciate Catherine is meant to be a bit older, I am sure we can have some poetic license for TV…As far as Mené goes, I had a lot of actresses short listed before I eventually settled on Eva Mendes. Eva won partially due to her looks, because she could pull off Mené. But mainly because of her acting and the fun mischievous sexy vibes she can portray through her facial expressions. Think of her in The Other Guys and Hitch. She could do Mené justice.Eleanor again was easy, I immediately saw her as Gwendoline Christie. Fiona took a bit of thinking, then suddenly I found what I think is the perfect person, Keeley Hawes.Finally Katie, this took some thinking. My head went through plenty of American actresses that have played bimbo type characters, but they didn’t feel right, eventually I realised that Aimee Lou Woods Character from Sex Education, Aimee, was the perfect fit character wise. But I am still not convinced appearance wise. What do you think? Let everyone know who you would pick and what format you’d want the transition to screen to take. Remember, NO SPOILERS! It was actually a Netflix series with Renée Zellweger last year (What/If) that prompted the whole idea in the first place (although she was almost unrecognisable, I had to google it to make sure it was her).What do you think followers, any other casting ideas?
