thelostgirl21:Guess who only found out yesterday that Bioware is allowing you to create your own customized Mass Effect Legendary Edition posters, and prompty proceeded to have WAY too much fun with this?I did not feel like following the exact template, though…First poster is representative of most of my playthroughs (most Shepards I’ve created ended up being Paragons, except a few rare that enjoyed venturing into Renegade territory.  Never could manage to have Shepard be a dick to their squad-mates, though).However, instead of going with “favorite squad-mates”, “trusted companion”, etc., I decided to go by themes. i.e.- Tali and Garrus [One of the most adorable romantic pairings of the series, and the two teammates that accompany you throughout all three games…]- Wrex & Mordin [The Krogan Genophage cure mission truly was one of the highlights of ME3 for me.  Mordin’s friendship with Eve, his desire to make things right, Wrex’ battle cry, the music… It was epic!] - Kaidan & Ashley [Team: “I could shoot someone if that would make you feel better.” While Kaidan is my all-time favorite ME character, permanent fixture in my squad (when available), and my main Shepard’s love interest; I absolutely adore Ashley, and the dynamic between the two. I thus tend to like to pretend Virmire never happened… (Shh… Let me live in the illusion…)]- EDI & Legion [“Does this unit have a soul?” I have a profound love and attachment towards synthetic life forms in ME, and thus could never bring myself to choose the destroy ending. Watching these two evolve and grow as individuals has been one of my favorite aspects of the game… Since “she is the Normandy”, I placed EDI close to the ship.]-EDI & Joker [Yes, I know, you can’t see him, but come on!  If the Normandy’s in flight, you know who’s flying her! One of my other favorite pairings of the series.] And, just because I could, the second one is an absolutely shameless self-insert into the universe!(I had to borrow Ashley’s spot because she was the only woman that I could find a picture that matched well enough with the way she was placed in the poster. I guess if I was in Shepard’s place, I’d be some sort of chaotic good paragon, most likely… Partner says there’d be absolutely zero doubt on the chaotic aspect of the character, at the very least!Any renegade action would likely be entirely unintentional…- Wait, did you read the instructions?- What instructions?*Pushes button.* *Half the Citadel’s Archives explode.*- Oops. - Really?- Ooh!
