He was peacefully protesting and exercising his natural right to keep and bear arms. I will repeat this again. MARK HUGHES WAS NOT THE SHOOTERThis is a man who was exercising his 2A right. When shit went down he told his brother who was apparently also carrying to turn his gun in to cops to avoid any accidents. Mark then turned himself in when he found out he was a person of interest. He was questioned and released 39 min later. That’s how you do it folks. Be responsible.Notice that even amongst the chaos of the shooting, a black man open carrying was able to walk up to officers and show he was not a threat…without getting shot.
