theresagooseinthemainframe:smileyoureontv:gender-critical-appspot:Bravo to Bridget Lalonde, the actual winner of the girls 100m race ♀️I get people saying like “but this is unfair - how can any trans people compete?” Because trans men on hormones have the advantage of being able to achieve a more athletic male-like body so it’s unfair to put them with women, but are unlikely to match up to males either so it’s unfair to put them with men and the opposite is said for trans women.But I have to question why their personal choices to change their body should mean that everyone else playing by the rules of the game has to suffer? Yes, it’s unfortunate that they have to choose between a sport they love and having the body they want but everybody has to make sacrifices in order to enter competitive sports. They can’t just have their cake and eat it too.Why can’t they just make their own fucking categories. Men’s, women’s, trans men’s, trans women’s???? Duh??????? Level playing field maybe?
