The stunt double for the Winter Soldier is also in the shot, so it’s probably a stunt double in the Panther costume, not Boseman. It’s not the clearest photo, but it looks like the design will stay pretty close to the concept art we saw last year! This scene is rumored to take place outside the United Nations headquarters in Austria.
