#Repost @ywcapierceco (@get_repost)・・・In 2008, Malala Yousafzai gave a speech about the Taliban’s threats to deny education to girls in Pakistan. Following the speech, she began blogging about living under the Taliban’s rule, speaking about her right, and the right of all women, to receive an education.In October 2012, Yousafzai and her friends were attacked by a masked gunman, presumably sent by the Taliban , who shot Yousafzai in the head and injured two of the other girls.Two years after she was shot, Yousafzai received the Nobel Peace Prize.
