brianmoranteart: How I took Steve Buscemi from Fargo to Spongebob. Steve voices the character Dorsal Dan in the episode “The Getaway”. Im a huge fan of his and was excited to see if I could translate him into the world of Bikini Bottom. When I get a new script it’s usually up to me to design new locations or characters. At least the initial take. But I also don’t really have time for that and need to just hit the ground running and start boarding. So the initial designs were done in an hour or so and then I just went for it. That’s why they look a little rushed. They were just to give myself an idea and move forward.
