144jai: miseducatedmelanicmuse:Afrocentric noses are beautiful, don’t you ever think otherwise. Can’t lie this use to be a very VERY big insecurity of mine. I have dealt with direct and indirect commentary from my own close family even, about this. To the point I hated smiling and feeling the stretch of my own nose across my face. It was quite sad and took me a very long time to come out of that way of thinking. Let’s continue to break down the stigmas of “bad hair”, “black features” etc. Everyone is beautiful and they deserve to celebrate that. -- source link
