House, Vandalia, Illinois, 2014.Urban born, I have spent my entire life in large cities, or (as at present) one of their slurbs, but I am fascinated by smaller cities and towns. This house, probably dating to the early years of the 20th century, would not be out-of-place in virtually any North American town (north of Mexico anyway).
