And now the bad news … . This year I had decided to start with capoeira which is a sport I always fancied about. Combination of battle, music, training the whole body in a very friendly atmosphere and positive spirit. Everything was fine until… the last training session where I twisted my ankle practicing a high kick . I didn’t take it seriously first but … after a few days of pain I had to admit it: it was about more serious than I thought and here you go! 2 weeks with this at minimum and we will see from there with my doctor. Luckily enough: no need for any surgery . So guys… no longer high heels for a while . But I promise, I will come back in heels soon again with an ankle stronger than before Have a lovely summer all and enjoy the sun ☀️ -- source link
