studynostalgic: heyy!! If you’re like me and sometimes struggle with looking after yourself this might be something for you (note: I also have a bujo so I don’t use it for planning). Here’s how I do mine. Of course this are just some ideas feel free to do what works with you! 1st page of the month here a pic of it some positive tumblr post things I look forward too ➔ this is rlly great espacially when I don’t know why I keep going quote a pic of smth that makes me happy how abt a happy song? good habits tracker if you don’t have a bujo / do it there daily productive things I did ➔ sometimes I don’t realise that I’m more productive than I think three things I’m thankful for ➔ try to write smth different everyday what I ate ➔ I don’t write the calories down!!! It’s for eating three meals a day and not so many sweets my mood (be specific) I used to include BoosterBuddy (it’s an app for mental health) tasks but I stopped bc they started to repeat itself that’s it! I try to do this every evening & it helped me to go more mindful through my day. -- source link
