A gown for the Lady of House Bulwer to wear at court in Highgarden. Pre-Fall 2017 Reem Acra.House Bulwer is noble house from The Reach sworn to the Hightower’s who are banner-men to the Tyrell’s. The seat of House Bulwer is called Blackcrown and is located to the North of Old Town on the northern coast of the Whispering Sound. House Bulwer is one of the many houses in the reach that claim to be descended from Garth Greenhand, according to legend they are the descendants of Bors the Breaker. Their sigil is a bull’s skull on a sanguine field, “bone over blood”, and their words are “Death Before Disgrace”. The current ruling lady is “Little” Alysanne Bulwer, one of Margaery Tyrell’s Ladies in waiting and a girl of seven, she inherited her title after her father Jon Bulwer died of a summer fever.
